Christmas at the Castle, a Kingdom of Lights

Experience the enchantment of Christmas at the Castle – a Kingdom of Lights – every evening from November 24th to December 23rd. This beloved holiday tradition is back for 2023, promising an evening of Christmas joy! Immerse yourself in the holiday spirit as you stroll through the grounds adorned with over 150,000 lights, outdoor Christmas trees, and your favorite festive tunes. And if you’ve been good, you might just have a chance to meet Jolly Old Saint Nick himself! He’ll be dropping down the chimney at The Pavilion to greet children of all ages every Friday and Saturday from 5pm to 8pm, starting November 24th until December 23rd. Admission is $10 per car on Friday and Saturday, and free on all other evenings.
You can purchase your car pass in advance or pay cash at the gate.
After a delightful walk amidst the twinkling lights, satisfy your appetite with a hearty winter meal at The Copper Mug Grille, where our regular dinner menu will be available. Please note that reservations are not available on Friday and Saturday nights; seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. However, we have planned four special dining nights in the Marta Louise ballroom. Reservations will be accepted for the kickoff weekend (November 24th & 25th) and the closing weekend (December 22nd & 23rd) . There will be a special holiday menu for these dates. We can accommodate large groups on these weekends.

The castle itself serves as a hotel. The lobby, gift shop, grounds, and red oak tower are open to the public. Please be aware that this is an outdoor walking event. The festivities will conclude at 9:30PM to ensure a peaceful environment for our hotel guests. Although the venue is accessible for individuals with disabilities, please keep in mind that the terrain is hilly and paved. As this event has been very popular in previous years, we kindly ask for your patience when it comes to parking and arrival. Our parking staff will make every effort to assist you promptly.
*Friendly dogs on leashes are more than welcome in the outdoor areas.
