Welcome to the Southwestern Pennsylvania Guide, home to lists and descriptions for the best attractions and events in the
metro Pittsburgh area. This collection is a mix of well-known tourist attractions along with out-of-the way places for the
more adventurous types. I have a special interest in local history, so the lists are weighted heavily with historical sites and
other historical information, even some folklore. Whether you are searching for sightseeing places to visit or activities for kids,

Pennsylvania region. The region is full of tourist destinations; both visitors and locals alike will be able to find
