Bouquet Camp, a base of supply in the Forbes campaign in 1758 forcing the French to abandon Fort Duquesne, was about three miles east. Named in honor of Col. Bouquet, second in command and builder of the Forbes Road. (Dedicated: Saturday, December 21, 1946)
