Brownsville invites folks to spruce up the historic Market Street corridor from Old National Pike Rd. at NAPA Auto Parts down to the wharf. Brownsville Area Revitalization Corporation (BARC) and the Pennsylvania Greenways Partnership Commission have teamed up to make Brownsville beautiful.
